Kate has more than 20 years of financial experience in the construction industry.
Prior to starting at On-Trac , Kate worked with General Contractors for the better part of her career, she ensures accurate and efficient financial operations throughout the accounting department. Kate’s professional finance accreditations include a Professional Certificate in Accounting from New York University with a background in Human Resources.
Linda obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn Foster College, (DEAC). She is a highly motivated and organized administrator with 24 years of experience managing corporate offices and administrative tasks on various projects throughout the City of New York.
Prior to starting On-Trac, Linda was employed by Tishman Construction Corporation for 10 years, where she served as Project Administrator. Working on noted projects such as Times Square Studios (ABC Studios), all Verizon Communications NY projects, 375 Pearl Street, and Intercontinental Hotel (44th St. Hotel). She is a licensed Notary Public in the state of New York. She has vast experience with insurance, union and admin payroll processing, and new hire onboarding. She handles confidential & sensitive information and assures all business licenses are current. Additionally, she collaborates with project managers on job set-up, issuing purchase orders and subcontractors insurance.
A 35-year veteran of the construction industry, John serves On-Trac Construction Associates as a General Superintendent leading our field staff. John began his career as a union carpenter and has performed various roles leading up to his current assignment.
He has forged valuable relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and building management staff throughout his career. His responsibilities include project safety, documentation, and coordination of all trades.
Margarita de la Cruz-Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University at Buffalo School of Architecture & Planning. Launching her career as an Architect Intern at STV Incorporated, she honed her training by contributing to the development of construction documents for the JFK AirTrain project in Queens, NY while also serving as a member of the surveying team for the New Jersey K-12 public school initiative to improve public school facilities. Margarita takes pride in leading a team through a purpose-driven approach to construction and design.
Before joining On-Trac Construction, she served as a Construction Administration Consultant for international commercial real estate company NAI Global’s newly established Project Management Group. Margarita is a Project Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. With a proven history of successfully establishing and maintaining client relations, managing large-scale and time-sensitive deliverables, and facilitating custom-designed products, both clients and colleagues benefit from her self-driven work ethic and motivation to get to the goal.
Throughout her time leading On-Trac Construction projects such as the 92nd Street Y School of Music, Stacks Bower Rare Coins, and Boingo Wireless, Margarita’s clients rely on her to secure work and furnish deliverables in a timely, cost-efficient, and fit-to-purpose manner. Margarita also holds a Site Safety Training (SST) certification and is a proud member of Professional Women in Construction (PWC).
Gaspare joined On-Trac after graduating from St. John’s University. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and went on to receive his Master’s in Business Administration.
He began working at On-Trac in the accounting department and has since transitioned into an assistant project management role. He has completed his 30-hour OSHA, SST, and Fall Prevention certifications. Utilizing his finance background and accounting experience, he aims to complete jobs in a timely and cost-efficient manner for both the client and On-Trac. Gaspare looks forward to expanding his role within the organization and maintaining relationships with clients.
Brian is one of On-Trac Construction’s longest tenured employees with over 16 years with the company. Brian has a background in Civil and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami in which he obtained Bachelor of Science Degrees in both. He then proceeded to obtain his master’s degree in Construction Management from Columbia University.
Starting with On-Trac essentially from its inception allowed Brian to obtain experience in all facets of construction from project start to project finish. He has been involved in a variety of project types including Switch and Battery Rooms, HVAC Upgrades, Generator Replacements, Full Office Fit-outs, Structural Reinforcements, Concrete Work, Work in Occupied Spaces and Specialty Construction. His clientele includes Verizon, UNFCU, Port Authority, Park Avenue Armory, Shop Architects, Witkoff Group, Vanguard Gastroenterology, and AIGA to name a few. Over his 16+ years at On-Trac he has been able to gain experience in estimating/budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, contract negotiations, everyday project administration and management, client relations, conflict resolution as well as project closeouts. He has completed his 30-hour OSHA and additional course training required for his SST Card.
Angelo obtained his degree in Networking & Information Systems from New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn, NY. Utilizing his skills in Information Technology, he has been able to apply them toward the world of construction for the last 15 years.
Working with numerous New York City agencies such as NYCHA, DPR, DDC & more, he has acquired multiple tastes of construction, helping him build a firm understanding of project management, project cost and scheduling. As a Project Manager, Angelo continues to work with some of On-Trac’s leading clients, such as AECOM Tishman, Verizon, Con-Edison & more. His certifications include 40 Hour OSHA, Fall Prevention, Supported Scaffold & Site Safety Manager.
Claudia Myers joined On-Trac Construction Associates, Inc in November 2015 as the Financial Controller. Claudia brings more than 20 years of accounting experience to the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from York College and an MBA from Hofstra University.
Before joining our team, she worked in the same capacity at Stonewall Contracting Corp for 6 years reporting and accounting the financials for projects such as Bronx Criminal Courthouse, Coney Island Hospital, Queens Botanical Garden, Wald House, MTA & LIRR including 6 SCA projects.
Ignazio Artale, as founder of On-Trac Construction Associates, is actively involved in providing hands on personal attention to all its client base. Under Ignazio’s leadership On-Trac has successfully grown to be one of NYC’s elite builders and has been involved in the successful completion of over 800 major construction developments. On-Trac is proud to continue its commitment to serving clients and community. We strive to identify project issues early on and provide viable solutions quickly. With 35 years of experience, Ignazio strongly believes listening to a client’s needs and understanding a project’s goals is key to success.

Ignazio is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Architecture and an MBA Degree from Polytechnic University. Ignazio is actively involved in the community; he serves on two Catholic school boards and is a member of BCA (Building Contractors Association).
Dave is a New York City Licensed Construction Superintendent, with more than 25 years of experience in the NYC Construction Market Place. By incorporating his talents as a master craftsman in the field with senior project management administrative skills, he has successfully completed a broad spectrum of commercial and residential construction projects ranging from new structures to interior fit-outs throughout New York and Long Island. With a reputation for attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines, he oversees On-Trac’s Team of Project Managers, Superintendents and Labor Force.
Prior to joining On-Trac, some notable projects he has directed include The Center for Urban Community Services, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and The Hamlet at Olde Oyster Bay. He contributes his experience in cost estimating, purchasing, contract negotiation, administration, and management. Other certifications include OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health Certificate and NYC DOB approved Site Safety Manager Course.
Vic holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Technology Management as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture Technology from New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY. Vic is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and holds his LEEP-AP registration from the U.S.G.B.C. For more than 30 years, he has worked on all phases of various construction types throughout the City of New York and Long Island.
Prior to starting with On-Trac, Vic was employed by Tishman Construction Corp., where he served as Project Director on noted projects such as 1095 Avenue of the Americas, 375 Pearl Street, and 330 Madison Avenue. Vic also managed the Design/Build Program for the World Trade Center while employed by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Vic has vast experience in cost estimating, contract negotiation, administration, and management. Other certifications include 40-Hour OSHA and various other site safety certifications.
